Managing for Value

Description

Managing for Value (MfV) is sometimes used to describe one of the three components of Value Based Management.

Besides this, Managing for Value (MfV) also claims to be a perspective on Value Based Management, emphasizing company culture change aspects and focusing on translating efforts for sustained profitability and positive share price movement.

As far as the financials are concerned, MfV works with EVA and MVA.

Teached at Insead, Managing for Value (MfV) is based on research at ABN-AMRO bank.
